'Basi' post of CNY 2011

CNY 2011 - the longest CNY I had!

Manage to arrange the 'wfh' days and stayed in Jasin frm 2nd - 9th day of CNY!!!

This year, also the 1st year we have our real reunion in a restaurant (real meaning until I'm back in Melaka :p)....we all were tired after the dinner....coz the serving was kinda generous and we also celebrated my ensoh's bday...damn...I missed that super nice choc cake (forgot the exact name, but its chocolate la)

Great time? Obviously...and the 2kg I gained, still there :p

She turns 1!!

yep, our cheerful and cheeky little nosy drama queen Eirena is 1 year old now!

Time flies...I still remember having postnatal blues....haha...

I didn't record all the milestones precisely but here's what's in my head now...but of course, her daily expression really made my days cheerful and I just like to get home to see her in action :p

mth 4 & 5 days - learn to turn (jadi turtle)

mth 6 - start solid and we mistakenly gave her fish twice, which should only starts in mth 8 :p

mth 7.5 - sits steadily on her own

mth 9 - stand while holding the wall, can say 'nenen'

mth 10 - got teeth and i was in pain (started to bite when she's nursing), start cruising

mth 12 - walk a few steps on her lunar bday (12.12.2010) and starts becoming maknenek :p

Bums and knocks...its here and there...of coz sakit hati when see her fell down...but, old sayings - jatuh/sakit tu nak besar lah dia...

It's been great having you!!

It's been 2 yrs

It's been 2 yrs after I have 2 mummys and daddys :)

And now we are having adorable (to me lah..haha) Eirena to cheer us up.

What a pleasant surprise when Kev took the effort to collage our family picture and frame it up..so nice and I must say that I'm indeed very impressed!!

I did not prepare anything...well, that's just me being lazy and I think guys should make the move and do something about it :P

Had superbly syiok dinner at our favourite (my favourite at least) place - Ingolf Kneipe ...heheh

That was so satisfying...but also fattening..oh well, who cares...its our anniversary what..lantak aje la..

ada yang senang...ada yang lagi susah

seronok? hmm..not the right word...maybe 'achievement' kot..entahlah, yang tau, gumbira bila tengok anak sihat dan ceria :D

conclusion is (for me la)....as time goes by, things will get better and new, different experience is awaiting

Maknenek dah dapat 'pigeon hole' dia

Sukanya dalam hati...kerna dapat tinggal dalam pigeon hole sendiri.

Walaupun kecik, tapi tetap tempat sendiri. Boleh gua spend 'family time' kat pigeon hole nih.

Tambah tambah bila pa & mi come for 2 weeks. Sioknya tiap tiap hari dapat jumpa. Balik rumah nampak diorang main ngan si kenit. Yalah, lahir ja si kenit ni dalam tangan diorang...sayang ckit si kenit tak berapa manja ngan pa & mi sebab dah jadi orang Penang after 1 mth old.

Rasa terharu sebab 3rd bro and his family came over the weekend. Walaupun sekejap aje diorang datang, tapi I was so happy. Even bro alrd tired from work, he still make it. Really appreciate it. Sayang 1st bro tak dapat datang kali ni...but nvm, they r coming in DEC!!

Finally, my family in da houz!!! Even mi pun cakap, 'ako lu semua suka lu ada rumah sendiri. sekarang boleh la datang jalan jalan kat penang ni'

maknenek dah jadi mak

Yep...I'm a working mom now...since the birth of my boy-looking girl named Eirena in 12/22/2009. Lifestyle has change...I better not list it down so that I can make do of the changes and live with it.

Despite all the changes in my life, I'm actually proud to be a mom. Eventhough its sometimes tiring especially when Eirena clinging to me like a koala bear the whole day....she actually made my days when I see her reaches her milestones. I really like watching her sleeping at night. Her face so calm and adorable.

I hope I would be a good mom and will see Eirena grow in front of me
